For EU customers, you can spend up to €150 and not incur duty on your order. VAT is due on all EU orders.

We ship Duty & Taxes Paid (DTP) to most EU countries (Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Luxembourg and Sweden). This means that what you see is what you pay. All charges are calculated at checkout for you once you enter your shipping country. Tax and duties will be settled on your behalf with our courier, so there is no cost to you.

For customers in all other EU countries not mentioned above, we ship Duties & Taxes unpaid (DAP), so customers will be liable for any duties and taxes payable.

Please note that due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship to the Russian Federation at this time.

For our international Express orders, we use DHL. Almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-2 day transit time (Australia 3 days). We deliver to 220 countries and territories worldwide.

You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the DHL tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process.

On Demand Delivery (ODD)

Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options including;

• Reschedule for another day
• Leave with a neighbour
• Leave in a safe place
• Deliver to a Service Point (45,000 locations worldwide)
• Deliver to an alternate address
• Hold until you return from vacation

Yes, you will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched, with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website. For Express deliveries you will also be offered additional tracking options via text and e-mail. If you are not seeing updates on the tracking portal, please track your parcel directly via the courier portals, you'll just need your tracking number to hand;

For any countries outside of the EU, all relevant customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For imports, duties are not applied below ‘de minimis’ values.

For some countries these ‘de minimis’ duty thresholds are adequately high that no duties will apply to most order sizes, such as in the USA where it is $800. Other examples of high de minimis countries are below.

For any other countries, please check with your respective customs authority.

Due to Brexit, there have been significant changes in the way VAT and Import Duty works on ecommerce orders between the UK and EU. The Sports Edit ships all orders from our warehouse in the UK. For further information, please visit our FAQs page

For Express delivery we use DHL and DPD , for standard delivery we use EVRI services.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order, once it is confirmed. You can choose to not receive the shipment, which will then be returned to us, or you may return this to us once received.

If you place an order for an item available to Pre Order, the product page will advise of an estimated time for delivery. Once we receive the item(s) into our warehouse, your order will be processed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation. Orders will be shipped via the shipping method chosen at checkout at time of order.

If, on the rare occasion that we experience stock shortages from our suppliers, our customer service team will inform you as quickly as possible so that a refund or exchange can be processed.
