Reebok's legacy is rooted in the realm of athletic footwear. (Did you know Reebok designed the first athletic shoe for women in 1981? True story.) In recent years, Reebok has been busy reinventing itself. Their dance-inspired apparel first caught our attention several seasons ago, but the revival doesn't end there. Edgy graphic muscle tees, printed leggings and sports bras balance performance and style. Reebok took off in the USA but their roots lie in the UK. It's all coming full circle here at The Sports Edit. And yes, we couldn't help but include some Reebok trainers in our shop. Hip hop hooray for Reebok.
Reebok first came to life in Bolton, Greater Manchester, in 1958. Back then, its founder Joseph William Foster couldn’t possibly have imagined that a chance meeting at the Chicago International Sneaker Trade Show would propel his family-run business into an international brand. But it did. After being found by American businessman Paul Fireman at the show in 1979, Reebok went transatlantic. Today, Reebok’s classic trainers are a must-have in any sneakerheads arsenal (including the likes of Jay Z), with its performance wear clothing seen on top athletes and gym junkies alike.
No matter your preferred workout, Reebok has something to bring to the table. Its performance-enhancing pieces, including Reebok running shoes, vests and sports bras, set the bar high, with durable fabrications and technological coatings that whisk away sweat and keep you supported.
Kick off your worn out running trainers in favour of the Reebok CrossFit Nano. They’re exceptionally comfy (as you would come to expect from Reebok) and feature the brand’s functional, pared-back design with technical enhancements that make running a breeze.
